Key Responsibilities

  • •Support managers across the employee lifecycle, from employer branding and recruitment to onboarding and offboarding.
  • •Independently lead recruitment processes from hiring needs through hiring decisions.
  • •Handle HR cases with a high service level for managers and employees, with a focus on the production area.
  • •Perform daily HR administration and operational HR tasks, including collaboration with trade unions.
  • •Act as a Workday “super user”/administrator, support HR security processes, coordinate HSE activities, and help with work environment topics.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Human Resources or equivalent university education.
  • •2–3+ years of experience in a broad HR role, including independent support to managers.
  • •Proven experience in recruitment.
  • •Experience with HR administration and good knowledge of labor law.
  • •Very good written and spoken Swedish and English.
