Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate service resources, dispatch, and assign team members to project work.
  • •Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs, skills, and availability.

  • •Coordinate operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.

  • •Certificate/degree from college or technical school with 1 year related experience and/or training, or 3 years related experience/training with a high school diploma/GED.
  • •Excellent customer service skills with strong comfort and effectiveness on the phone.
  • •Strong organization with the ability to multitask, prioritize daily interruptions, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
  • •Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, and/or Temperature Controls is preferred.
