Job Summary

Support the SAP HCM team by engaging in direct client meetings, designing end-to-end solutions, and actively contributing to AMS activities. Drive planning and execution of design and test phases to ensure correct implementation against agreed requirements. You’ll work independently on analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting across SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, and Time-related components, with a consultative approach toward customers.

•Join the SAP HCM working group and participate in direct client meetings.
•Design solutions and contribute operationally to AMS activities.

•Collaborate with the team in SAP HCM activities and delivery.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience on SAP HCM.
•Knowledge of SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, Timesheet, and Time Management.
•Ability to independently analyze, configure, and troubleshoot SAP HCM modules.
•Consultative customer-facing communication and collaboration.
•Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
