  • •Execute virtual instructor-led trainings using virtual platforms while delivering engaging learning experiences and real-time coaching.
  • •Deliver behavior-focused training across leadership development, client service and selling, new store openings, and company rollouts.
  • •Provide solution-based in-session coaching to store leaders and attendees, including peer-to-peer feedback to improve future learning.
  • •Plan and align training strategy with Sephora and Sephora@Kohl’s District Managers, and manage training administration (communications, schedules, travel, expenses, and budgets).
