Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor plant activity and perform hourly rounds, including checking trailer and room temperatures and gates.
  • •Monitor associates entering and exiting the building, including car traffic.
  • •Weigh trailers in and out using the weight master scales and handle billing loads.
  • •Answer the switchboard after hours and follow/implement company policies.
  • •Operate company-owned vehicles, inspect trailers for cleanliness and operability, and receive shipments of supplies and raw materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
  • •Minimum High School diploma or GED.
  • •Ability to walk more than one mile on varying terrain, in all weather, and up/down stairs.
  • •Ability to perform assigned tasks without direct supervision and communicate effectively under stress.
  • •Attention to detail and a professional attitude; security experience is a plus.
