Drive board-level integration and validation with test plan creation, troubleshooting, and hardware verification for product performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop electronics systems for Defense and avionics applications, ensuring reliability and cost effectiveness.
•Perform electronics system design and obsolescence redesign to meet customer requirements and governing standards (DO-160, DO-254, MIL-STD).
•Conduct trade analysis of design approaches, engineering simulations and modeling, and derating analysis before final design decisions.
•Lead board-level testing, integration, and validation, including creating test plans and pass/fail criteria.
•Evaluate product performance through hardware verification and provide troubleshooting to identify root causes and propose solutions.

Key Requirements

•B.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Electrical engineering (or equivalent).
•7 to 10 years of relevant experience in electronics design and development.
•Hands-on experience in hardware design, development, and testing of high-speed digital and analog circuits, including microprocessors, microcontrollers, FPGA, and embedded firmware.
•Experience with product design, board-level testing, integration, and validation testing, including development of test plans and pass/fail criteria.
•Knowledge of product performance evaluation (hardware verification) to comply with DO-160 or MIL-STD standards.
