Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for multiple commercial, high-end renovation projects.
  • •Read and apply standard to sophisticated real estate project documents, including agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • •Interface with clients to define requirements and prepare scope of work, delivery resources, cost estimates, budgets, cash flow, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Identify and manage project delivery resources through qualification and RFP processes, including bid analysis and recommendations to clients.
  • •Implement communication and project documentation governance, track progress vs. goals/budgets/timelines, manage change requests, and lead risk mitigation and contingency planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages simultaneously and deliver under pressure.
  • •Prior experience working with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients (strongly desired).
  • •Solid knowledge of managing commercial interior renovations and/or construction management experience (preferred).
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Office, MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
