Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall cost, schedule, and performance for an assigned portfolio of programs to meet contractual and customer expectations.
  • •Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day operational support to Program/Project Managers, serving as the first point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.
  • •Establish portfolio performance metrics for each PM and provide ongoing coaching and guidance to improve performance.
  • •Maintain portfolio financial health and growth trajectory, aligning with corporate revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • •Own hands-on P&L activities for contract financials, including revenue/margin analysis, variance analysis, EAC/forecast development, and DSO/invoicing oversight with Project Controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP (or equivalent) strongly preferred (advanced degree a plus).
  • •10+ years of progressive program/project management experience supporting federal government customers.
  • •5+ years leading multiple concurrent programs or a portfolio of contracts with $40M+ in annual revenue/funding management.
  • •Direct ownership of full P&L responsibility for a portfolio, including revenue, margin, and growth targets to corporate/executive leadership.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government SECRET-level security clearance.
