Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Ramp Allocator with the daily operational requirements of the ramp.
•Liaise with the Customer Airline representative to ensure all ramp related requirements are met.
•Communicate with dispatch and load control to address loading/unloading issues and achieve on-time performance while following safety standards.
•Accurately complete Trip Files and other forms and forward to OCC for processing and auditing.
•Manage the ramp team to deliver high standards of service to customers safely.

Key Requirements

•High Secondary diploma or equivalent / diploma
•2+ years of experience in operational activities within aviation
•Previous ramp operation experience and leadership of small teams
•Excellent command of the English language
•Driving license
