Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business and stakeholder requirements into data-driven analytics and digital solutions that support strategic decision-making.
  • •Develop machine learning models and advanced analytics using large-scale real-world product data to enhance products, applications, and customer experiences.
  • •Apply statistical methods and AI techniques to health-related datasets to generate actionable clinical and business insights.
  • •Analyze user behavior and product usage data to better understand customer needs, preferences, and patient journeys.
  • •Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary R&D, engineering, product management, and business teams in an agile environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PhD is an advantage
  • •4+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role
  • •Strong expertise in machine learning, statistics, predictive modelling, and data analysis
  • •Hands-on experience with Python, Databricks, Azure, or comparable cloud-based analytics platforms
  • •Experience working with large-scale datasets, data pipelines, and modern data architectures
