Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, operate, and evolve the internal AI Engineering Platform that enables AI-assisted and Agentic Engineering practices.
  • •Develop secure, reusable platform services across AI tooling, developer enablement, observability, automation, and engineering governance.
  • •Design, automate, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and modern CI/CD practices.
  • •Implement and operate monitoring, telemetry, and observability solutions (logging, tracing, metrics) and troubleshoot platform issues.
  • •Support engineering teams’ adoption through self-serve capabilities, documentation, integration patterns, and continuous workflow improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or Software Engineering.
  • •Experience building or operating shared engineering platforms or internal developer platforms.
  • •Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and containerised workloads (Docker).
  • •Infrastructure as Code experience using OpenTofu/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • •Observability experience with tools such as Datadog, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Prometheus, including telemetry and distributed tracing.
