Key Responsibilities

  • •Project and program manage Digital CS initiatives and orchestrate holistic, scaled customer journeys for automated engagement and customer objective fulfillment.
  • •Develop current/future state overviews of scaled customer journeys, mapping digital/automated touchpoints to human touchpoints.
  • •Conduct customer data analysis and use data-driven approaches to identify customer needs, opportunities, and journey refinement and integration/coordination opportunities.
  • •Identify, develop, and implement innovative self-serve and scaled programs to improve customer health, product adoption, value realization, and retention/growth.
  • •Monitor and review pilot and existing initiatives against performance metrics; maintain internal materials and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and expansion.
