•Inspect and maintain standards for housekeeping, safety, sanitation, and security, while working with department heads to meet production quality yield and goals.

•High school diploma or equivalent college degree (equivalent preferred).
•3-5 years of related industry experience and 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a poultry processing facility.

•Strong computer skills and ability to manage subordinate supervisors (interview, hire, train, assign and direct work, monitor performance, and address issues).
