Key Responsibilities

•Own the full B2C funnel across acquisition (paid/organic), retention, and loyalty to drive bookings, memberships, and repeat visits.
•Build, run, and optimize Meta campaigns, using TikTok and Google as needed, while managing budget allocation and ROAS.
•Run retention and loyalty initiatives via email, WhatsApp, and automated ManyChat flows, including reactivation and win-back.
•Create and maintain dashboards across channels, website, and CRM; maintain UTM discipline and Meta pixel/CAPI tracking; plan and read A/B tests.
•Plan and manage organic social content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and support asset creation using Canva, CapCut, and AI tools.
