Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage store operations during your shift, covering end-to-end activities including staff, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, and pick and pack.
  • •Manage all store operations such as selecting people, scheduling shifts, and routine and preventive maintenance.
  • •Ensure correct ordering and replenishment by maintaining proper stock levels and supporting demand-based ordering with physical stock assessment.
  • •Run inventory management including stock control practices, store stock take, and cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.
  • •During your shift, ensure accurate inbound receiving and efficient, accurate picking and packing per SOP, while monitoring fulfillment and recommending improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant operations.
  • •Strong communication skills and a hands-on work style using multiple tools.
  • •Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills.
  • •Fluent English and Arabic are highly advantageous.
  • •Ensure implementation of actions related to store shrinkages.
