Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate global demand planning data collection across regions, channels, brands, and product categories to ensure timely and accurate input submission.
  • •Consolidate regional demand inputs into one global demand view, identifying variances versus financial targets, prior submissions, and seasonal assumptions.
  • •Analyze demand trends and forecast changes, including style-color productivity, regional performance, and channel mix to support strategic planning.
  • •Prepare reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries to communicate demand movements, key drivers, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
  • •Partner with planning, finance, merchandising, commercial, and global supply planning teams to align demand data with business priorities and financial guardrails, and support continuous improvement of planning tools and data governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, supply chain planning, business planning, or a related analytical planning function.
  • •Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience with AI & Power BI.
  • •Ability to consolidate complex information into clear, structured, actionable communication.
  • •Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) and strong collaboration across global and regional teams.
