Production Supervisor- 3rd shift

Lead prepared foods production on the 3rd shift by maintaining high production, quality, and yield while ensuring a safe workplace. Oversee daily production orders, staffing, inventory rotation, and accurate record keeping, and verify equipment and workstations pass USDA inspection. Hire, train, retain, and counsel team members, coordinate with other supervisors to resolve operational issues, and reinforce quality through continuous education and safety meetings.
