Lead a five-person DevOps team that builds product infrastructure, pipeline delivery, and internal tools. Drive progressive delivery and reliability improvements through Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, and Datadog—covering deployment patterns, DR on AWS, and SLOs/chaos testing. Spend at least 50% hands-on writing IaC, tuning clusters, and debugging incidents, while mentoring engineers and partnering with product and data teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive self-service and automation by designing golden-path workflows so product teams can provision infrastructure, integrate monitoring, and release safely via GitLab CI/CD.
•Lead deployment pattern evolution on Kubernetes (blue/green, canary, feature-flag, immutable-infra) to minimize risk and improve MTTR.
•Own disaster recovery strategy on AWS, including multi-region scaling, cross-region replication (Aurora, DynamoDB, S3), and global traffic management.
•Implement SLOs, error budgets, chaos testing, and Datadog auto-remediation playbooks, and help build the on-call rotation culture.
•Mentor and develop the DevOps/DBA/SecOps team while staying hands-on with Terraform modules, Helm chart optimization, GitLab merge request reviews, and production incident response.
