Key Responsibilities

•Own the creative vision for Open X initiatives in Japan, aligning with client briefs and business goals.
•Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to produce concept development, design direction, and production oversight.
•Collaborate with clients, strategy, and technology partners to deliver integrated campaigns that leverage WPP Open platform capabilities.
•Present concepts and results to stakeholders, iterating based on feedback and performance metrics.
•Ensure high-quality delivery, on-brand execution, and timely delivery across multiple campaigns.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading creative direction for global brands and multi-market campaigns.
•Ability to translate client briefs into compelling creative concepts and strategies.
