Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain the document control system in line with PMC and client standards.
  • •Manage receipt, logging, distribution, tracking, and filing of all project documents, ensuring correct numbering/classification/archiving.
  • •Act as the focal point between PMC, EPC contractors, vendors, and the client for document-related matters and ensure timely distribution of key document types.
  • •Maintain version control, conduct quality checks, and support audits with document traceability and ISO compliance.
  • •Utilize document management systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint), generate periodic reports, and support close-out/handover by compiling final documentation dossiers.
