Lead Applied Scientist

Develop and deploy state-of-the-art AI models across text, image, and speech modalities, driving novel research ideas into high-impact solutions. Generate and curate training data, run pre-/post-training, and evaluate performance on demanding targets. Build tools and frameworks for data generation, training, evaluation, and deployment on large GPU clusters. Collaborate with client and internal science, engineering, and product teams using agents and RAG pipelines, while managing research projects and communications.
