Job Summary

Build and operate agent enablement integrations for strategic partners, spanning web apps, connectors, APIs, CLIs, MCP servers, and developer tools. Own partner technical journeys end to end—from architecture and prototyping to evaluations, launch, rollout, and maintenance—while translating identity and agent-workflow requirements into secure, production-ready solutions. Collaborate across product, engineering, partnerships, legal, security, and support to improve ChatGPT, Codex, and the Agent Enablement platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical partner journey for priority agent enablement integrations from use-case selection through architecture, prototype, implementation, evaluation, launch, rollout, and ongoing maintenance.
•Help partners choose and implement safe integration paths across browser sign-in, connector-initiated OAuth, and agentic account linking or provisioning, including fallback behavior.
•Write production code and build reference implementations, test harnesses, technical guidance, integration checklists, evaluations, and debugging tools.
•Debug identity and agent workflows end to end (UI state, redirects, PKCE/OIDC, token exchange/validation, account mapping, connector callbacks, CLI/MCP handoffs, and reliability/latency concerns).
•Review partner architectures for API contracts, scopes/permissions, consent, secret handling, privacy/data boundaries, reliability, and long-term maintainability; run launch-readiness reviews and staged rollouts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4–6 years of professional software engineering or AI engineering experience, with strong hands-on coding ability to contribute to the platform.
•Experience in customer or partner-facing roles: scoping projects, building MVPs, and presenting trade-offs in solution design and architecture.
•Experience building and operating production full-stack products, APIs, backend services, developer platforms, connectors, or integrations.
•Strong understanding of identity and integrations for agent workflows, including how plugins/connectors work and how to integrate MCP servers, CLIs, and APIs.
•Ability to translate partner feedback into crisp technical plans and work comfortably with ambiguity to produce runnable prototypes and API contracts.
