Auto Parts Associate

Support the service department by accurately identifying and providing auto parts to internal and external customers. Receive, stock, and maintain inventory with correct cycle counts and stocking levels, process shipments and returns (including defective or incorrect parts), and control supplies to reduce waste. Allocate parts using CarMax systems for accurate documentation, deliver strong customer service through clear communication, and follow Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements in a clean, orderly work area.
