Key Responsibilities

  • •Support due diligence projects of varying complexity for M&A and transaction advisory work.
  • •Communicate internally and externally with brokers, coverage/exposure experts, originators, client service and M&A teams, as well as private equity firms, target companies, and insurers.
  • •Write and deliver due diligence reports to clients.
  • •Develop solutions to transaction issues and coordinate implementation, including preparing and analyzing spreadsheets/data.
  • •Prepare proposals and make presentations, and provide ongoing relationship management oversight to certain private equity clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Property and Casualty insurance technical proficiency or willingness to broaden knowledge across specialty insurance lines (property, casualty, cyber, E&O, financial lines, environmental, group captives).
  • •Project management experience coordinating activities and information flow within specified time frames.
