Supervise production operations to maintain high levels of production, quality, and yields while ensuring a safe working environment. Oversee line startup readiness, staffing coverage, equipment and workstation performance, USDA inspection readiness, and daily production ordering to support customer fulfillment. Lead team member training and rotation, monitor shipments and inventory coding, and help resolve processing issues with other supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment.
•Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders and ensure positions are filled before line start-up.
•Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics and promote safety via daily and monthly safety activities.
•Ensure machinery and workstations meet standards, including that workstations have passed USDA Inspection.
•Oversee processing operations and coordinate with other supervisors to solve problems while ensuring accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper product coding, including records of reworked or returned product.
