•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Support store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives with consumers.
•Follow Crocs policies for asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with reliable attendance and punctuality.

•Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions and input information into computer/register screens.
