Job Summary

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist in Sonova Belgium responsible for end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, campus partnerships, and employer branding initiatives. You will manage the recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines, collaborate with HR and Marketing, and drive campus and internship programs to attract top audiology and retail talent.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, selection support, offer follow-up and handover.
•Partner with hiring managers and HR to analyze recruitment needs and translate them into clear profiles and hiring strategies.
•Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, schools, universities and recruitment partners.
•Build and maintain talent pipelines and a structured talent community focused on audiological and retail talent through proactive sourcing and talent pooling.
•Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing by creating and coordinating content across channels in collaboration with HR, Marketing and Communications.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in HR, Communication, Marketing, Business or related field (or equivalent through experience)
•Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding or recruitment marketing
•Experience with end-to-end recruitment and proactive sourcing techniques
•Affinity with campus recruitment, internships or collaboration with schools and universities is a strong asset
•Fluency in Dutch, French and English
