Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success amid shifting consumer and regulatory demands.
  • •Manage and sequence delivery of business intent by building business requirements and executing against the product strategy across multiple concurrent projects and programs.
  • •Collaborate across teams (Tech, Model Risk, Lines of Business) to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.
  • •Apply analytics to decision-making and conceptual thinking, including understanding statistical/ML models to address major company challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, Econometrics, Finance, or Operations Research).
  • •At least 5 years of professional experience in analytics, business analysis, or data-driven product management.
  • •3+ years of experience with Python, R, SQL and relational databases.
  • •Proficiency in econometric and statistical techniques, including model design, development, and deployment.
  • •Experience in Fraud / Anti-money Laundering domain (preferred).
