Key Responsibilities

•Participate in the full systems lifecycle (planning, design, development, testing, implementation, support) for enterprise financial applications and integrations
•Own day-to-day operational support and project delivery, acting as a technical lead when required
•Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable technical solutions aligned with IT standards
•Support compliance and regulatory initiatives
•Provide written and oral communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior team members

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
•Minimum 6 years of application or software development experience
•Strong technical background with hands-on programming experience
•Solid understanding of relational database systems and data structures
•Good English communication skills; experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle EPM, Oracle PLSQL development, and integration/ERP exposure is a plus
