Job Summary

Lead and drive all aspects of the outlet retail business across a district, ensuring consistent customer journey, strong customer engagement, and high Coach brand standards. Inspire and develop teams across outlet stores, partner with store and regional leadership to plan, delegate, and coach to performance goals. Use retail management, business acumen, and market/fashion awareness to forecast, budget, and execute strategies for sales, retention, and succession.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and drive the district’s retail business, covering outlet stores and ensuring brand standards are met with excellence
•Create a proactive selling culture focused on clienteling and long-term customer relationships, supported by training and coaching
•Develop teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to store managers
•Review store environments and business indicators with regional leadership, coach district and store managers, and support improvement actions
•Use business acumen to forecast, plan, budget, and execute strategies for sales growth, talent acquisition/retention, and customer/competitor insights

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years management experience in a luxury multi-unit retail environment
•Demonstrated ability to create strategies and deliver results
•Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior leadership
•Pro-active problem solver who can assess issues and develop action steps for resolution
•Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
