  • •Review valuation models (Argus and Excel) and support acquisition/disposition by managing due diligence information flows for select investments.
  • •Prepare financial analysis comparing historic portfolio and property results to industry benchmarks.
  • •Assist in developing annual business plans and quarterly reports, including preparation/review of operating and capital budgets and variance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year undergraduate degree in Business or related field; post-graduate education is a plus.

  • •Strong computer literacy with AI and experience using Argus, VTS, RealPage, Microsoft Excel and Word, and PowerPoint (Excel/AI are plus).
