Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive regional/global finance initiatives to enhance trust and operational efficiency.
  • •Participate in internal process improvement initiatives to improve reporting, analytical tools, and technical aspects of accounting procedures and practices.
  • •Support monthly flux and variance analysis at regional and global levels.
  • •Manage monthly close activities, including preparation/review of accounting journals with full SOX compliance.
  • •Ensure timely general ledger account reconciliation with full SOX compliance and coordinate with external auditors for annual/local statutory audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA preferred.
  • •Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in Public Accounting.
  • •At least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • •Experience with Workday Financials in multi-currency, multi-country ledgers.
  • •Experience with US GAAP and local GAAP for APJ with SOX compliance and execution.
