Key Responsibilities

  • •Own accountability for security systems, processes, and policies at the site, serving as the single leader for overall security posture.
  • •Serve as the on-site escalation point for security issues across physical security, IT, construction, operations, and customer-facing concerns.
  • •Ensure guard force, access control, and camera systems operate as designed and hold contracted vendors accountable to policy and SLA.
  • •Drive incident response from first notification through resolution and after-action reporting, coordinating internal teams and vendors.
  • •Enforce site security policy and standards, identify policy-reality gaps, and represent security in site-level planning and decision-making.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

  • •Have led site-level security at a data center, critical infrastructure facility, or other high-security site, owning the overall posture.
  • •Act as the go-to escalation point for security-relevant issues at a facility, regardless of which team owns the fix.
  • •Hold guard, access control, and camera vendors accountable to policy and SLA from a leadership seat.
  • •Drive security incidents to resolution at the site level by coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
