Key Responsibilities

•Own accountability for security systems, processes, and policies at the site, serving as the single leader for overall security posture.
•Serve as the on-site escalation point for security issues across physical security, IT, construction, operations, and customer-facing concerns.
•Ensure guard force, access control, and camera systems operate as designed and hold contracted vendors accountable to policy and SLA.
•Drive incident response from first notification through resolution and after-action reporting, coordinating internal teams and vendors.
•Enforce site security policy and standards, identify policy-reality gaps, and represent security in site-level planning and decision-making.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Have led site-level security at a data center, critical infrastructure facility, or other high-security site, owning the overall posture.
•Act as the go-to escalation point for security-relevant issues at a facility, regardless of which team owns the fix.
•Hold guard, access control, and camera vendors accountable to policy and SLA from a leadership seat.
•Drive security incidents to resolution at the site level by coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
•Read and apply security policies, identify gaps between documentation and reality, and drive corrective action; communicate clearly under pressure.
