Maintain and troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment used in food production, including conveyor belts, ovens, dishwashing machines, and tilting boiling pans. Monitor 24/7 serviceability, follow safety procedures, diagnose faults, and perform repairs or rectifications. Coordinate work orders, support planning and higher-level actions as needed, manage tooling and control boards, and submit daily achievement reports while complying with cybersecurity and site access requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform and lead equipment mechanics/electrician work to maintain electro-mechanical equipment for food production operations.
•Closely monitor equipment/system serviceability to ensure smooth 24-hour operations and report status to the supervisor.
•Diagnose faults across mechanical/electrical systems and repair/rectify issues.
•Receive and collect work orders; assist the supervisor with planning and scheduling for maintenance tasks.
•Follow safety practices in workshop/working areas and comply with cybersecurity policies and incident reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

•Diploma/High School/Field Training Certificate in Industrial Electricity or Electrical Engineering Technology.
•1–4 years of experience in equipment mechanics/electrical maintenance.
•Ability to read, review, and interpret electrical designs, diagrams, and technical documents.
•Good verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to read, write, and speak English is required; Arabic is desirable.
