Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the consulting strategy: define value propositions/go-to-market for the utilities sector and target segments.
  • •Supervise and contribute to delivery of advisory/AMO assignments as engagement lead (timeline, quality, budget).
  • •Develop business: commercial animation of the platform, respond to calls for proposals, draft and defend proposals, build alliances.
  • •Provide team leadership: develop a consulting team, ensure ongoing training and a positive collaborative work environment.
  • •Contribute to firm development: recruitment, white papers, events organization and hosting.

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 or higher (business/engineering master’s)
  • •minimum 12 years of experience in the utilities market with multidisciplinary teams, including at least 6 years in a consulting or studies office
  • •proven experience leading consulting teams on assignments, with managerial, commercial and proposal development responsibilities
  • •strong knowledge of utilities market, value chains and sector ecosystems, and business processes for utility clients
  • •good IT culture and interest in solving innovative solutions and digital transformation in Utilities; fluent English; international context experience a plus
