Experienced Machine Operator - Formax National Header with Thread roller 1st Shift- 6am - 2:30pm $34/hour

Operate a Formax Progressive National Header on the Elyria, OH team, running, monitoring, and shutting down high-speed cold heading equipment safely and efficiently. Read part drawings and work instructions, install and adjust dies and transfer components, perform first-piece and in-process inspections, and troubleshoot issues like misfeeds, tool wear, and jams. Maintain daily machine care, support quality and maintenance teams, and uphold SPC/basic process control to protect tolerances and reduce scrap.
