Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle executive searches for Director through Vice President-level roles.
•Partner with senior business and People leaders to define hiring strategies, success profiles, and long-term talent needs.
•Proactively build and maintain executive-level talent pipelines for current and future roles.
•Source, assess, and engage senior talent across operations, finance, technology, and general management functions.
•Drive consistent, scalable recruiting processes while balancing quality, speed, and candidate experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent experience, including significant exposure to executive-level candidate management.
•Proven in-house executive recruiting experience supporting senior-level and leadership hires.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
•Demonstrated ability to build deep, trusted partnerships with executive leaders across functions such as operations, finance, technology, software, and supply chain.
•Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, consult, and operate effectively at the senior level.
