Portfolio Manager, NextGear Capital (Chicago Central Market)

Manage and grow a portfolio of dealer clients across the Chicago Central territory by optimizing their use of lines of credit. Build and maintain client relationships, analyze financial performance, identify pre-default risk, and support post-default collections with the Risk and Recovery team. Serve as a floorplan subject matter expert, educate clients on best practices and compliance, maintain detailed documentation in Salesforce, and conduct physical inventory inspections when needed.
