Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly lead Transaction Service teams in country and supporting COE to deliver agreed business objectives via PLAs, SLAs, and OKRs, aligned to Value Stream Aligned Transformation (VSAT).
  • •Manage delivery of transition services including pre-approval, financial spreading, post-approval loan administration and servicing, loan agency, collateral and document management, and corporate trust (bonds & escrow).
  • •Ensure consistent local delivery through policy, frameworks, standards-setting, oversight, and assurance; maintain and improve the control environment and automate manual controls.
  • •Drive operational improvements across processes and unit processing times, optimizing resources and managing costs versus the FRP budget.
  • •Provide leadership for talent, performance management, succession planning, and remediation actions identified by 2nd and 3rd line of defense.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide functional management and leadership across India Transaction Services and supporting COE teams to deliver end-to-end credit and capital management services.
  • •Deep expertise in Credit & Lending processes and operations management, with proven delivery in financial services operations.
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory change and the control environment, including credit, operational, regulatory, and reputational risk management.
  • •Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and risk leadership, with executive communication at all levels.
  • •Ability to drive transformation and continuous improvement, leveraging digital solutions and automating manual controls while maintaining strict adherence to firm control principles.
