Key Responsibilities

•Assist in administering Crusoe’s corporate travel platform, including system configuration, user support, approval workflows, and reporting.
•Ensure adherence to company travel policies by monitoring, addressing, and providing clear guidance of out-of-policy activity.
•Serve as the point of contact for travel-related questions, escalations, and urgent travel needs when the manager is not available.
•Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People, and Security to align travel practices with budget controls and duty-of-care standards.
•Manage relationships with travel vendors and key vendors to ensure smooth operations and competitive pricing.
