Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the subject-matter expert for Arista EOS-based campus switching and WiFi platforms, guiding deployments and operations.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex Layer 2/3 campus network issues including VLANs, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, LLDP, QoS, and multicast.
  • •Support CV-CUE and Arista WiFi deployments, including RF planning, channel management, roaming, and client connectivity.
  • •Diagnose wireless issues such as interference, 802.11 authentication, WPA3/802.1X/RADIUS, and roaming performance.
  • •Document issues and contribute to knowledge bases/runbooks, and collaborate with software engineering to validate bug fixes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise campus networks.
  • •Wireless Networking Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of IEEE 802.11 standards and RF fundamentals; experience troubleshooting WLAN architectures.
  • •Solid Layer 2/3 Campus Skills: VLANs (IEEE 802.1Q), STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, LLDP; QoS; 802.1X, RADIUS, AAA; IPv4/IPv6; DHCP; IGMP snooping; BGP/OSPF; VXLAN/EVPN.
  • •Advanced Packet Analysis: Proficiency with Wireshark, tcpdump, and OTA wireless captures for forensic-level analysis.
  • •Excellent communication in English and ability to explain technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
