Key Requirements

  • •Must have a diploma or certification related to background experience (e.g., medical assistant diploma).
  • •2+ years of patient care experience (e.g., Paramedic, Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, CNA, EMT, Respiratory Therapist, LPN, RN, or Simulation Technician) and two years in a clinical healthcare setting.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, pharmacology, and equipment.
  • •Occasional weekend and/or evening coverage as needed.
  • •Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission.
