•Own and drive end-to-end HR partnership for the Wholesale North America region, enabling scale, consistency, and operating-model maturity across local and regional teams.
•Lead organizational design and organization effectiveness to create scalable structures, roles and governance that improve speed and decision-making.
•Use people analytics, engagement signals, performance data, and feedback loops to identify bottlenecks and design targeted interventions for agility and accountability.
•Coach regional leaders on operating model evolution, talent decisions, and change leadership while balancing short-term outcomes with long-term capability.
•Embed a performance-oriented, fair, transparent, and standards-driven environment with disciplined follow-through.

•10+ years in HR with senior HRBP experience in a complex, multi-state environment across consumer/technology/industrial/healthcare industries, including Commercial, Wholesale or Sales
•Experience leading organization design, governance, and workforce transformation with measurable adoption and business impact
•Strong background in organizational development, org design, roles clarity, governance, spans/layers, and org health interventions
•Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and capability frameworks (career architecture), including critical roles, succession planning, and workforce shaping
•Ability to partner with Centers of Expertise (Talent, Rewards, L&D) and translate CoE solutions into functional org and people outcomes
