Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain a structured AI baseline across functions and feed it into org-wide AI guidelines.
  • •Run tandem sessions and training to build AI fluency, including prompting, judgment, and day-to-day best practices.
  • •Design and ship AI-powered workflows and automations to solve operational problems across the organization.
  • •Partner on rollout enablement (training and comms) so adoption is part of the release.
  • •Grow and support a cross-functional AI champions network and track org-level AI adoption and fluency.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of professional experience owning end-to-end projects in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment with outcome-based ownership.
  • •Hands-on experience building with AI tools, including LLM APIs and automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make.
  • •Ability to design and run structured programs, training sessions, or onboarding motions.
  • •Strong presentation and communication skills to land non-obvious ideas with skeptical stakeholders.
  • •High ownership and intensity—comfortable operating with urgency and ambiguity to push work to completion.
