Job Summary

Partner with Corporate Function leaders as a strategic HR Business Partner, translating business priorities into people plans that strengthen organisational performance, capability, talent pipelines, and employee engagement. Use workforce analytics and market trends to shape people strategy, lead organisational change (including restructures and redesign), and support leadership capability, succession, mobility, retention risk, and employee relations governance. Work within One HR across HR Centres of Expertise and HR teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as trusted strategic advisor to Functional Directors and leadership teams, influencing decisions through a commercial and people lens.
•Develop and deliver functional people plans aligned to business priorities, translating strategies into measurable people outcomes.
•Use workforce data, people insights and external market trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive decision-making.
•Lead talent review, succession planning, internal mobility and workforce planning discussions across assigned functions.
•Lead people components of organisational change initiatives and provide senior advisory on employee relations, organisational design, and people risk governance.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience operating as a strategic HR Business Partner within a complex corporate, commercial or matrix organisation.

•Experience leading workforce planning, succession planning, organisational change and talent initiatives.
•Strong commercial acumen connecting people priorities to business performance.
•CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
