Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload materials onto the powder-coat line and may operate the powder-coat booth.
  • •Apply powder to parts according to customer specifications.
  • •Inspect finished work to meet quality and customer standards and verify quality using tape measures and/or calipers.
  • •Follow safety policies, use required PPE, operate equipment safely, and complete assigned 5S tasks.
  • •Identify process improvement opportunities and conduct root-cause analysis for quality or production challenges.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.11 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Greenwood, SC will be considered.
  • •Preferred: experience reading blueprints, manufacturing diagrams, drawings, or operating instructions.
  • •Preferred: experience using measuring devices such as tape measures and calipers.
  • •Ability to safely use hand and power tools, step ladders, and cranes in a Lean environment.
