Supervise budgeting, final accounts, financial reporting, reconciliations, and payroll budgeting for the Foundation. Manage payment documents and budget execution review to ensure proper payment processing. Coordinate with the Department of Finance on policies, laws, and responsibilities. Prepare financial studies and proposals to control costs and limit expenditure, and support audits by tracking finance reports and responses. Oversee accounting systems, internal controls, and conduct analyses to identify financial risks.
