Job Summary

Maintain and evolve an organization’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO 27001. Perform audits against the Telecommunications Security Act (TSA) and other compliance standards, assess risks in internal projects, and report on information security improvements. Work with an information security steering group and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, while managing employee and supplier awareness content and recommending security enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the ISMS in accordance with ISO 27001.
•Conduct audits against TSA and other applicable local/regional compliance standards.
•Analyze and evaluate internal projects to identify risks and define compensatory measures.
•Prepare and present information security reports, highlighting areas for improvement.
•Manage and update information security awareness platform content for employees and key suppliers, ensuring up-to-date training.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in information security and GRC.
•Strong understanding of risk management methodologies and international security standards (ISO 27001, US NIST, TSA) to assess risks and vulnerabilities.
•Familiarity with data privacy legislation such as EU GDPR.
•Experience maintaining and auditing ISMS in line with ISO 27001.
•Strong verbal and written proficiency in English and German, with customer service orientation and stakeholder relationship building.
