Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize and contribute to in-store sales by greeting customers, assisting product selection, and converting window shoppers into buyers.
  • •Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat sales and follow the GUEST selling guideline.
  • •Ensure merchandising standards by laying out and displaying stock according to standard layout norms and VM guidelines.
  • •Record inventory inward/outward and maintain inventory reporting; ensure minimal stock loss and maintain stock norms on clearance.
  • •Manage billing operations by handling the POS/billing counter, balancing the cash till each shift, issuing receipts/refunds/change, processing payments, and adhering to SOP and loss prevention policies.

  • •Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding needs, explaining options, selling, and thanking customers.
  • •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s brands and products to support suggestive selling.
  • •Be presentable and well-groomed at all times.
  • •Handle store operations including POS/billing, receipts/refunds/change, and processing payments by cash, credit cards, vouchers, and automatic debits.
  • •Be flexible to work extended hours during the sale period and for varied shifts and overtime as required.
