Sales Associate

Represent the brand in-store by maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience. Greet customers, understand needs, explain options, and convert window shoppers into buyers while promoting the Club Apparel Loyalty Program. Maintain up-to-date product and brand knowledge for suggestive selling. Handle merchandising, inventory inward/outward reporting, and efficient POS/billing including cash till balancing, receipts, refunds, and secure payment processing.
