Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the overall acquisition strategy and drive the execution roadmap for SoFi Plus member growth across member and prospect channels.
  • •Own addressable market opportunity sizing and segment definitions by population, channel, and placement type.
  • •Own placement and impression performance, including performance readouts, insight generation, and optimization recommendations.
  • •Build and maintain reporting on acquisition reach, impression coverage, placement performance, and incremental improvements.
  • •Track launch timelines, manage cross-functional dependencies and risks, and lead executive updates and readiness reviews for acquisition priorities.

Salary: USD 140,800 - 242,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience in product management, product strategy, portfolio management, growth, analytics, marketing strategy, or a related field.
  • •Experience using data to size opportunities, prioritize growth initiatives, and influence product or business decisions.
  • •Strong analytics skills across large datasets, funnel metrics, segmentation, experimentation, and performance reporting.
